Fujairah Diving Sites

The top dive locations in Fujairah are those listed below:

  • Dibba Island: This is a marine protected area on the eastern coast of UAE located just half a kilometer away from the shore. Divers have to follow this pinnacle. You will be introduced to the deepest area of this island on the initial portion of the crest. Here you will find Devil Rays and tropical marine life. The second part of the sea is a little shallow, and you will find Black Tips, Turtles, and a few tropical fish species.
  • Sharm Rock: This has three large pinnacles which are famous by the name of “The Three Sisters.” These pinnacles lie close to the shore and have a crack running along the top. The three rock outcrops may be seen peaking above the water, surrounded by coral life. There is a fourth pinnacle as well, but only trained divers are allowed to access it. However, this location is well-known for its turtles, puffers, parrotfish, bannerfish, cuttlefish, and jawfish.
  • Martini Rock: This Fujairah Diving site gets its name because of the rocky pinnacles which are shaped like martini glass. The rock has two pinnacles and measures 160 metres in length. The maximum depth of this site is about 22 meters, and shoals of Arabian Mackerel, Sergeant Major, Domino Damsel Fish, Trevally, and Fusiliers thrive under the shelter of hard and soft corals. Also, Nudibranchs, Cowrie Shells, Shells, Shrimps, and Crabs are visible at some distances.
  • Hole in the Wall: Because of its proximity to Martini Rock, this location is home to similar aquatic fauna.  This site is famous for the hole which allows a diver to experience something new. The hole is 15 meters in length, 3 meters wide, and 1.5 meters high. At this location, you can find huge rays, seahorses, and nudibranchs.
